Re-installing XP caused other problems, (I think). Microsoft XP Pro Version 2002 p.s additional notes. I clicked the Audio and Video Game option, installed it and then the Yellow Q mark on it went away. This time I decided to re-install the drivers from the list it gave me. So it said the same thing about my sound. In the back of my mind I was hoping the my sound would come back. I decided, since my computer was already full of messy files from family memebers, I decided to delete (on computer) everything and reinstall Windows XP. At first, it showed (in device Manager) a yellow Q mark on Mult. Ok, I was cleaning out some programs and accidently deleted my sound drivers. I know only little about computers so, please bear with me.
